is there a certain amount (in measure) of blood that comes out consistantly every month? Like for instance: imaginary example: If the amount of blood that should come out is 10 units and the woman usually bleeds for 5 days, that would mean an average of 2 units per day, but it would vary by day by flow (light, medium, heavy)??? The reason I am asking is because my flow is usually 5 days. Day #1 was normal flow, then day #2 and #3 were real heavy, and today is day #4 and I am just lightly spotting and showing signs of white(normal discharge) on my tampon...... ???

I know that it is normal.. And I know that every woman is different. I was just womdering if each woman has a certain amount of blood that they lose each month. In other words, if I bleed heavy the first few days of my period, is it bound to be light for the rest of the days?

When a Woman has her period she looses blood. that is true. But no body knows how much even scientists and educated Dr's. Because it is depends upon her body's construction by Thy's Grace. another scientific factor is depends upon her uterus interior walls rupture / getting crack in the wall muscles called endometerium. As for my knowledge no body has messured the out come of the blood as varies person to person. ones the crack of the wall heals inside of the uterus the bleeding reduces as how and what happens when you have a cut or injury. So dont worry and this is the cause for dysmenorrhea( abdominal cramping pain during the period)
Reg. White Discharge- is very common in woman as the yeast (kind of a fungi- living in the vagina- no woman can get rid out of it, but can control it by medication and maintaining clean and Hygenic)causes the dischrge. unless you have a foul smell you need not to worry . Hope I have answered for your question. Be free from worries.

Every woman, every period is different.
Some months I'm light then heavy, then I have a period for 2 days. Only time you should really be worried is if you don't have atleast 3 in one full year, or if you're bleeding heavily for 3 or 4 days.

I'm pretty sure the amount of blood that comes out differs from period to period. It's never the same, and not the same for different people.

That sounds pretty normal. I'm not sure about units (I've never measured and probably wouldn't), but that sounds like what happens to me sometimes. There are times that it can also be light, then medium again, then light again before it ends.

properly that is effective in case you position a towel on the mattress, even if it can make you 2 uncomfortable seeing the blood on your penis or popping out of her or on the towel.. So take that into interest. also be particular to apply a condom in case you've not been examined for STDs and one piece of suggestion i'd provide is in case you adult males are sparkling and in a relationship and do not use condoms, do not ejaculate interior of her at the same time as she's on her era because it has a tendency to make it very burny and itchy at the same time as it mixes with the blood. properly i do not truly comprehend why i have in simple terms heard that from distinct females at the same time as they do it.

what you are going through appears to be a normal experience. The signs of white you talked about indicates a total room preparation for the next ovary.

So it sounds like you get off the hook this month and don't have to go for as long. It always changes for me...there is no telling how long it will go or how much it will be. Best wishes
