Hit the gym, and maintain a proper diet. There is no such thing as a miracle weight loss pill, formula, diet, etc... Atkins, South Beach, etc...

Go for walks in the evening and weekend, avoid fatty foods, drink LOTS of water, eat plenty of greens.

Oh yeah, and trust me, avoid any sorta ATKINS diet.

Diet and Exercise
Exercise 3 to 5 times a week for at least 30 minutes (30 minutes per day would be better)
And eat good foods Fruits Vegetables Fish Chicken

Dr.Ian Smith has a book called the Fat Smash Diet if you follow his program you will lose 20 lbs no problem.

Don't eat more than 1500 calories a day till then. I just lost like 50 lbs. in 1 1/2 months so I know you can too. Best wishes

Exercising more and eating healthy food more! You would better see a dietitian to lose weight in a healthy manner. The end would be a disaster too. Good Luck! And live happily forever together :)

Honey, you're getting married. It's okay to have an extra 20 pounds. It doesn't matter what you look like anymore, you don't need to impress anyone. Marriage is a little less shallow than looks.

3500 calories equals 1 lb of weight. Cut 500 calories per day and you will loose 1 lb per week. Exercise and you will loose more.

If you drink soda, which most people do, STOP! I stopped drinking soda and switched to water and Crystal light. I didn't eat any differently or exercise and more (or at all for that matter) and llost 50lbs. in 3 1/2 months!!!!!!!!

Go to the grocery store & buy yourself the whole color spectrum of vegtables. You will be surprized how wonderful a vegetarian sandwich tastes (lil red vinegar & oil...mmmm-mmmmm) You gotta be careful to make sure you eat the whole spectrum tho, and don't forget your brocolli (ghak!) otherwise you will suffer from deficiencies!

trimspa worked for me without diet and exercise but if your prone to bounce might as well diet and exercise and drink lots of water and u can try taking something in case u dont have regular bowel movements every day it helps you lose weight as well flax seed, or go online mexican name for it linaza different flavors
