VIN DIESEL IS IN THE FAST AND FURIOUS 3. ACCORDING TO IMDB, HE PLAYS Dominic Toretto BUT HE IS UNCREDITEDD. SO THE ANSWER TO YOUR QUESTION IS YES, BUT IT'S PROBABLY NOT WORTH GOING TO THE MOVIE THEATERS JUST TO SEE HIM IN A SMALL ROLE.

Yeah at the end even if he isn't there for a long time you should go see it because the whole movie is great so it would be worth it.
