try changing your diet to be healthier. i get them sometimes and notice them more when i eat more unhealthy, processed foods and don't drink enough water. i get them a lot less, if at all, when i drink more than 60 oz. of water a day and eat more natural, unprocessed foods.

Allergies change over time and can present themselves stronger over time so that means little. Only on your thigh would indicate something local. Often tight jeans cause red itchy marks usually ingrown hair but as I can not see what it looks like I can not guess. You may find some relief in a baking soda bath until your Dr. appt. but if it gets worst or should spread it might be wise to check it out sooner with a walk in clinic hospital if it starts to make you vomit or have breathing discomfort. Allergy meds are out but with out knowing your history etc I can not say if it might help or not that is up to a Dr or self medication. Don't scratch you can cause an infection try to keep are clean and dry cover with loose clothing and keep out of the sun until identified. Good luck

Obviously all you need to do is stop wearing clothes. It's as simple as that.Just start doing your daily business naked,at first it will be a little hard to get use to but after a while you'll feel a compulsion to do everything in the nude. Good Luck and take care.

I've had the same thing. It's just hair follicles getting blocked, just like on your face. Exfoliate really well in that area and not so tight pants.
