If you are going for a short period to visit, you do not require anything but some proof of citizenship (birth certificate, immigration card, passport).

For now just your identification that has your citizenship details on it. You need to prove who you are and trust me its very annoying trying to prove you are not a bad guy on a driver's license. Have your birth certificate with you ok.
