It isn't just a matter of eating less, you have to eat healthy foods. Try seeing a nutritionalist, or getting a personal trainer session at your local gym!

Especially in the beginning it is really hard and some people actually gain weight when they start working out and eating less. Your body has been programmed to break down and use food a certain way, and you're telling it to change. Keep at it, and you don't need to eat less as much as eating different. Substitute that ice cream for a carrot or a PB sandwich. You don't need to be crazy about it like counting carbs and calories - just eat lots of veggies and fruit. Also make sure and mix cardio with weights, all of one or the other doesn't work nearly as well. Good luck and don't give up.

because your energy is blocked. i have heard about a person who FASTED and did not lose a single pound in thirty days. eating less does not mean losing weight. it has to do with your metabolism; and metabolism reflects how energy works in your organism. also, you may have a lot of toxins accumulated in your body. blood flow is also important. your cholesterol goes up when your blood flow is poor. once again blood circulation reflects how your energy circulates. i know of only one true specialist who works with energy and helps a person detoxify and self-heal. but you have to be very careful not to come across a charlatan (a liar).
some eating tips: don't eat after 7 pm. don't use any fats for evening meal; just grilled meats and veggies. avoid snacks and any eating inbetween meals. eat all heavy meals, sweets, baked goods ONLY before 8 am.
still, as far as i know, you can work hard, but still because your energy is stagnant, it may not make a difference.

Its just the way it is. It takes twice as long to take it off then it does to put it on. That is why you need to watch everything you put in your mouth.

Your probably not eating enough. If you don't take in enough calories your body hordes everything it gets and stores it.

That's the way the body works. Why won't your car run unless it has gasoline?
