I know this may sound silly, but increase your water consumption. I am coming off a 70lb weight loss and found the key to be drinking water. If I felt hungry I drank water and found that it satisfied my craving. I also used protion control at meal times, but the primary catalyst I genuinely believe was water.
My numbers :

... good luck

There is a new vbook out called "The Shangrila Diet" in which the bottom line is take 2 table spoons of either fructose in water or 2 table spoons of EXTRA LIGHT olive oil an hour before you plan on eating. Do this once a day. This curbs the appetite.

after eating a meal, wait about 15 before going back for 2nd's. it takes about 15 for you to realize that you are really full. also, this sounds silly, but have you ever noticed that most chinese people are skinny, besides sumo wrestlers? that is because since they eat with chop sticks, they have to eat slower. and if you eat slower, you most of the time tend to not eat as much. hope I've helped!!!!!! ^_^

when your stress ted you tend to over eat more right? so instead of eating when your stressed try drinking water or fruit and vegetable juices to calm down your appetite and if your still hungry eat a piece of fruit. another thing to try is after you eat a meal then wait 20 minuets before you eat again then if you are hungry eat a little more then if your hungry 20 minuets later eat fruit.

eat slower and take smaller bites the brain takes 20 minutes to register that it is full so if you eat a meal in under 20 min the bran will resister that is how much it takes to get full and if you eat slower it takes less food to feel full. don't eat out of boredom
