1. They're not sure how to properly phrase a question.
2. Their stupidity exceeds their knowledge.
3. They haven't found something better to do, than annoy others with stupid questions.

Well the reason people ask "STUPID QUESTIONS" as u put it is because the questions that they ask are really not stupid because everybody don't know everything. For example you just asked a stupid question. So I think no one question is stupid think about that because u might accidentally hurt someone's feelings. There people out there concerned and want to help those with the questions that they have so if you think questions are stupid then maybe you shouldn't be answering them.

Because they are immature people who have nothing better to do with their time than sit on a computer spamming yahoo answers making it harder and more frustrating for people who are on here to actually help others and find information.
They sit and ask the dumbest questions because they are too lazy to get up off their but and go out and do something.
