There are a few that have happened recently that come to mind
The D-Backs come from behind victory against Mariano Rivera's Yankees in game 7 of the 2001 World Series.
The Angels come from behind victory against the Giants to win game 6 of the 2002 World Series which gave them the momentum to take game 7.
The come from behind of the Red Sox against the Yankees in the 2004 ALCS game 4 and ultimately winning 4 straight games. The Yankees had a 3 game lead.

I recall a very sad day in 1969 at the Astrodome when the Mets gave up 10 runs with two outs in the bottom of the ninth inning and thus lost to the Astros. The Mets' mystique that year had no effect on their expansion counterpart, who took 10 out of their 12 games, including all six in Houston. The Astros added insult to injury as in the second game of the doubleheader they scored 10 runs with two outs in the bottom of the fourth. When the smoke cleared, the Mets had fallen from second place to fourth. Thank God they were headed home to Shea and a visit from the Padres!

Even though it was seven games, the 2004 ALCS where the Red Sox came back to beat the Yankees was the best comeback in baseball history, in my opinion.

The Red Sox 3 games to 1 deficit in the 2004 ALCS. Has never ever been done before in baseball! Truly the BIGGEST CHOKE by the YANKEES in the history of sports!
