From the Weather Bureau, or public library, even college book stores.

Barnes and Noble has some excellent books on weather! I bought one over there for a friend of mine a couple years ago, can't remember the title for the life of me. Or try amazon.com

The American Meteorological Society sell numerous books online, and they have a variety of topics to choose from. Look at this website....
