California by a long shot. I live in Ohio... it's boring, the weather is so extreme and there isn't anything that interesting to look at. California is scenic with beautiful weather. If you like winter activities you can go to the mountains, almost year-round and find something to do. If you like summer activities, Southern California is always warm.

Right now I'm in New Mexico and I lost my mom 3 years ago. After she died I was diagnosed with Type II diabetes. My husband is disabled and we want to go back to central Illinois where are families are close but we can't until I take my ex back to court so my kids can go with me. IT stinks!

I would have to say Miami, Flordia. It has great weather, food and lots of latin flavor! The beaches are wonderful plus you can get cheap tickets to South America and the rest of the islands.

Northern California. It's beautiful, the people are very accepting, liberal and a few of my best friends live there.
It's certainly better than Northern Ohio!

Treasure Island, Florida. Why? Beacause it is truly a treasure. It has white sand, and so much more. I know that I will live there someday.
