I got a new 30gb video Ipod -- is it worth spending the other $59 for an additional year's warranty? Also since their batteries are problematic, how can you extend life? Any devices, equipment, etc? The Apple Store says it's okay to keep the Ipod charged all night, but others say it's risky, what's the real story on that?

The batteries aren't really problematic. The problem is that pushing the buttons all the time (making the lights come on), and watching videos drains more juice. If you just put it on shuffle or a playlist and leave it alone, it shouldn't give you problems.

I bought the extended warranty for my first Ipod, even though I usually don't buy extended warranties. (I've always considered tham a ripoff.) I'm glad I bought it. I got a brand new Ipod when mine died, no questions asked. They sent a check to be used at the retailer for the replacement Ipod. I definitely bought another extended warranty for the new one.

i don't comprehend that answer to optimal of those questions, excepting extensive style 2 (you're arranged to be waiting to choose to get a case of a few style on your Ipod) yet i hit upon that Murphy's regulation many circumstances applies in those circumstances. in case you do get the assure, no longer some thing will take place, yet as quickly as you do no longer some thing will.
