If you mean George W Bush he was not born in Canada. To be president you have to be a natural born citizen of the United States (born in the United States). President Bush was born in New Haven.

never heard of him but you must be refering to george w. bush which who was not born in canada because he's the president here in the u.s.a. and you have to be born in the u.s.a. in order to be a poresident in the u.s.a so george w. bush had to have been only born in the u.s.a to be the u.s.a president
