actually it's not true. by the way, i hope you mean older early. (you kinda phrased it wrong)
women go through childbirth, men don't so mom's (all women with children) age dramatically fasterd than men. men get better with age, women don't.

Men age older because, like studies have told, they sadly die sooner. And they do all the work, being the main provider for a family usually... not that being mother isn't tough work, but you know... they still work harder in a way. Usually. And for all of those who said they don't, why don't you check which sex gets the white hairs earlier?! You'll see than man (usually, again) starts in his late twenties-thirties while a woman starts at forties. Usually!

It used to be because guys had harder lives and possibly the difference in the chemical floating around in their blood streams.
Its not standard though. I had a uncle who lived to 98 and wife only made it to 75.
The more "equal" the sexes become the less difference there will be.

Nothing at all against women, but men stress out easier than women, not that we have more stress, we just don't handle it as good as women. Stress is what ages us.

they don't care for themselves as woman do.
not eating properly,going to the doctor regularly and such.
