Anytime a pregnant woman falls she should see a doctor.
Usually they'll tell you to eat a sandwich and lie on your left side - the meal will (should) make the baby active (a glass of orange juice works too) to check for movement of the baby. Right now he or she may just be sleeping. The snack should help.
However, I am a firm believer in better safe than sorry - I'd go directly to the doctor. Good luck.

Go get an ultrasound. They can tell you everything you need to know. Did she fall hard? Sometimes babies just don't move for a while. But in any case I would get her to the doctor and let him/her have a look.

Listen man this is nothing to mess with,she needs to go to the hospital like immediately,believe me I know from personal experience.Make them do an sonogram,a very similar thing happened to me, I went to the hospital and they refused to give me one cause the babies heart was strong,the very next day I had to be rushed to the hospital,my baby was dead,and I was dieing,because I had been bleeding inside my uterus,if they had done the sonogram they could have saved my daughter.
