You need to get out there and do something. It doesn't have to be wild or cost money, just get out and either have some fun or accomplish something. Set your mind to it and focus on it. My mom did this after we had some severe family problems and she's happier than ever now.

I used to love life but now i am 32 a mother of one and virtually married for 13 years, i wanna love life again but am stuck in a rut at the moment. I think money and relationships are affected by politics which affects quallity and love of life. I hope to go back one day

I Love My Life & i Thank God for Allowing me to see another. Of Course their r days when i'm upset, Sad , ect.... But, that's LIFE and i'm ONLY Human.. I don't allow those things to keep me down to get the best of me... Why Constanly WORRY ABOUT THINGS YOU CAN"T CHANGE!!! ? Take out some me time.. And for those that have have others living w/ you. Or that are offten around. Make them Grow up And do what needs to be done. *Exp* (If you Always carry an baby and never Teach or Allow that child to try it'll never WALK....?????) And far as my political orientation. I Feel that the Goverment Needs to Get their act together.... That's All for now.... *LATER*

Yeah, i have a love-hate relationship with llife. I could be extremely sad or angry at any time, but not always. I am mad about people having a little sense of logic, about life and living in a society in general.
I'm 93 y.o, female and probably an anarchist.

I am verry happy with life and not at all sad...... thought of answering this ques as it could be useful for others.
people are frustated because they expect more but dont try hard to attain their goals. they want more out of life but sometimes they even themselves dont know that what exactly are they looking for.
The key to happiness, in my point of view, is ......... expect nothing and keep on doing what you are supposed to......... when you will gain something what you didnt expect.. you will be very happy....... just like me.
