she's 83 and just got arrested a few hours ago for robbing a liquor store, should I bail her out of jail or leave her there over the weekend to think about what she's done?

If she is senile, BAIL her out. If she stills knows right from wrong, leave her in jail to mull it over. Hard call, 83 is a little old to be doing stuff like that.

leave her over the weekend in jail! Then bail her out ....if you do and she robs another liquor store you will be held accountable!Or leave her in jail until her arrainment...hire her a good attorney

omg if that is the truth leave her there. there is something wrong with her. how about trying to obtain medical help for this. it's not normal for 83 year olds to go around robbing stores and stuff. omg that is just not right if she was my grandma i would be totally mortified.

You need to leave her in there. She is a threat to society. Those 83 year olds can sure throw a mean punch.

It depends on why she robbed the liquor store.

If she needed the money to pay for food or medication sure.

If she needed the money to pay for Hookers and Drugs no.

If she did it for the attention... If she did it to feel alive again...then I say no since this is what she did it for.

is this something usual for your grandma? if she has risky behavior like this often, maybe leave her in, but if this is totally out of character for her, bail her out and bring her to a doctor to get checked out...

Leave her in. She needs to learn a lesson so she doesn't continue this life of crime.
