Family. I keep going regardless of complaints and frustrations. I plan birthday parties at least once a month. Then Thanksgiving and Christmas. This brings the family together. As far has health problems. Mine are minor right now. I just keep moving as though they were not there. When things get really tough I pray for strength to be able to continue on.

F A I T H - that there's God to bless you w/ a new awakening in every sunrise.
F A M I L Y - my ever supportive parents and kin, my lovely kids
L O V E - God has better answer to our prayers because He knows what we need more than asked. At one point in my life, i became weary and tired of my troubles, of my storms that came in one after the other.....i forgot to pray, i dint know how anymore, i dint know what to ask for. But yet, God never waivered, He doesnt get tired at all. His LOVE is so great and unconditional. The blessings just came in...i never asked for miracles but only strength, but He gave more. Yes, there's always a silver lining after the downpour... keep the faith, believe! GOD is LOVE! ;o)

breathing and eating., is everything we need to survive and keep going .
From philosophy, i have learned that the Buddha's expectations is to live a life free from suffering, and this is called Nirvana. It leads us to believe that all desires results in suffering. Therefore we should eliminate all our desires and we should be able to live a suffering free life.
From this, i conclude that it is very difficult to live a life free from desires, but we can keep going in life with almost nothing at all (water, food, and air, ). We can keep going in life with only these tree things. Off course, if you eat a lot , you will need exercise. If the water is contaminated you might get sick and might die if not treated medically. If we breath bad air all the time, we get sick. But if we live peacefully, in a world without contamination/ global warming , and things that harms us, It is very possible to keep going in life with only those three things(water, air , food)

Life itself. Everyday is a new beginning. Nothing is ever the same, even if you stay at home all day or are bed-ridden. There will always exist a tiny nuance that will ripple throughout your entire day, marking it as something unique and wonderful and worthy of your time and attention. Enjoy!

Actually, if you really need to find a reason to keep going, then itsd gettign pretty bad. There are people who have no homes, or jobs, or sodas that survive without wondering why. be thankful for what you have and what will be. the future is what makes it all worth wild.

My credo in life is "live so that there is standing room only at your funeral". Just being the best you can each day to everbody you meet, don't take everything so serious, don't be afraid of love or showing it. Also my family, wife, unborn child keep me motivated to make the best decisions I can with everything.

good question. i think i could make a very very long list, as i have found a need for many things to keep me going. one thing is my friends, but that is because i trust them, well most of them. trust is key. my trust that i have built really keeps me going because i know i can always, no matter if it is midnight or three am, go to those that i trust. and ditto goes for them. but my point is that i have found that i need a listening ear. my writing helps me keep going, but i also need that trust, and my friends/family. i wouldn't be me if i didn't have this trust or my writing. life can take a lot, but you always need something that can help you regain yourself.

My newborn son and my husband. Also, the thought that even though times are hard, there is someone in worse shape than I am, so I must be grateful for all things in life good and bad.
