I think it is something that needs to be done. We have all sorts of highly addictive and dangerous drugs that are legal-vicodin, percoset, oxycotin....It may take longer for it to be legalized for recreational use, but is it really any worse than alcohol? I know of MANY more lives ruined by alcohol than marijuana.

Make it legal for adults (21+) and tax the heck out of it, just like cigarettes and alcohol. Legalization is the best way to eliminate the black market and the tax revenue would be very beneficial.

Basically, I think people should be allowed to puff in a situation where it's acceptable crack open a beer. I also would apply DUI laws to marijuana use, just to be on the safe side.

It should be legal for people who have severe forms of cancer to take away the pain from them, if nothing else is working for them.

yes for medical reason's and no for the pot heads. marijuana can help many people who are sick. why should they take away that privelege but for people who claim that is just a natural herb and has no bad effects they lie. pot can ruin your life it can make you insane and is very unhealthy. i guess this is a two sided question that is more damned if it is adn damned if it isn't.
