You can quickly get rid of indigestion with one or two table spoons full of lemon or lime juice. This always works for me and my kids.

Gum. I chewed mint gum after meals for many years and it always worked as a "quick fix" for me. You can look it up, they are saying that a lot of these old wives tales are proving to be benefical.

Probiotics. Maybe try a little plain yogurt with active cultures. Helps everytime. Digestive enzymes work well too.

Ginger usually helps me: drink some ginger ale (let it go flat first, that helps) or chew some ginger gum or have a ginger altoid.
Peppermint sometimes helps, too: slowly suck on a peppermint candy.
