Well, first of all are you late on your period? If you are then you might want to take a pregnancy test. Feeling like you're on your period, and really not, might be a sign in your early pregnancy.. Be sure and clear your mind and take a test anyway..

you could be pregnant they r the same symptoms but if you are pregnant you would be nausious and not hungry much it would feel like u r full after eatin just a little bit of food

If you've had unprotected sex then you probably are.
But if you havent.
Might just be the regular pains you get before your period.
If you think are you or are unsure if you are,
it could all very well be in your head.
