once my teacher asked me to chose a number without telling her what it is ( ex 444) composed of more than 2 digits and then add the digit (12) and the result should be substracted from the first number ( 444-12=432) and the asked me to cross one digits from 432 and i crossed 3 and after a moment she told me that i crossed three. i need to know how can she knew it even though i didn't tell her any of the numbers and the result of the process, she told me that she used her brain but how come plz somebody tell me, and the smart from u will know.

There is absolutely no way to determine this with the information that you've provided. For example, what if your original number was 123? Then you would have added them to form 6, then subtracted it to form 117. If your teacher told you that you crossed out a 3, then she would have been incorrect.

In order for this to be a "mathematical trick" that always works, there would need to be more information or more steps. Many different tricks similar to this exist, and they do work. Perhaps if you could recall more information about it, we can explain its mechanics to you in detail.
