I want to change around the hyperlinks in this flash file.

Like mentioned above Dream-weaver of Flash MX
If you do not legally own one of these soft wares you can download the trial of FLASH 8 of the adobe website which last 30 days ( Plenty of time for you to edit the Hyperlinks)
After you got the software changing the hyperlinks is a simple as pointing and clicking
Check the actionSCRIPT tab
This will show you where the hyperlink is being directed
simply change the link address

That is a Flash Movie Authoring File. The editor is sold bt Adobe (used to be by Macromedia) or it is a Free Lossless Audio Codec which does not have an editor.
