I imagine this comes from a real estate agency and means 'villa' 'properties'

"Villa" and "props" each have a definition of course, but I couldn't find any reference to the term "villa props". However, the sound of the two together seems to jiggle something in my memory - possibly if you check the spelling and try again someone may be able to help you.
