SIRIUS online player freezes at 'Ready', FAQs don't help?

I have 2 different computers (work & home), but neither will allow me to listen to SIRIUS online. I have followed all of the FAQs and they don't change the scenario, and the 1-888 line is staffed with idiots. Anyone else have this problem? Fixes?

Just uninstall it....it must have bugs...or ure antivirus or firewall is stoping it from accessing the site.

Try disabling the firewall and then try...u might b using the same firewall and antivirus at home n work
