Do not let the way someone else look and feel determine how you look and feel about yourself! No matter what size you are love yourself! It's ok to be a little overweight or a little underweight---you are young and your body still has many changes to go through! Right now you are not at the age to really know what your body make up will be--just wait and do not be harsh on yourself!
Instead of thinking that you are the fattest one in your class..why not think that you are thickest one in your class! Being thick is in!
Skipping meals is really not healthy for you! If you begin skipping meals your body will go into shock and start saving the meals that you do eat.
If you want to keep your metabolism moving at a healthy rate...walk or do some type of exercise daily and plus drink eight 8 ounces of glasses of water daily! That's 64 ounces of water daily and do not skip the meals! Your hair and skin will be so healthy looking by doing just this simle thing.....Then the girls will be envious of you!

You dont say how tall you are for 115 lbs. Not that it matters, the answer is not starving yourself. 4 days with no nourishment is dangerous. No vitamins or minerals being taken, and you start developing a weakness for disease. Limiting what you eat is a good first step, but stopping completely could cause more trouble than you have now.
When you stop eating, your body doesnt break down fat stores to nourish itself immediately. Your body starts by breaking down MUSCLE tissue. Starving yourself does much more harm than good. Too much of that kind of behavior and you could develop anorexia.
If you are serious about losing weight, because you are OVERweight for your age and height, and because it poses a threat to your health, then consult a doctor on the best diet for you. Any diet will work for a while but to keep the weight off you need to incorporate exercise in your daily life. Don't let the artificial standards of your so called friends determine whether you are happy or not. Be happy in your own skin and others will respond to that. If they dont, theyre not your friends.
One more thing: If you do exercise a lot, remember, a cubic inch of muscle weighs 4 times what a cubic inch of fat weighs. If you start adding muscle mass, you will actually increase your weight.
Everyones different. I like differences in people. How boring would this world be if we all LOOKED the same, WEIGHED the same, were the same HEIGHT? Dont be ashamed of what makes you unique, embrace it.

You really need to eat!! Not eating actually hinders your ability to lose weight!! If you want to lose wieght try eating 6 small meals a day instead of 3 regular ones!! Never go without eating...it can cause anorexia!! And your body needs nutrients to grow (since you're only 13, your body is still growing/maturing)...if you don't get those nutrients then you could cause serious problems for yourself in the future!! And just because you weigh 115lbs doesn't meant that you are fat! How tall are you? If you are tall, then that is the reason you weigh 115lbs (which isn't a lot at all)!! So please eat food...you'll regret it if you don't!!
And I also wouldn't not eat just so I could be as skinny as the other girls...you being a little different is what makes you...YOU!!! So be proud of how you look!! And if you are still having self-esteem problems...talk to a counselor, responsible adult, etc who can get you some help!! Good luck...

your not fat at 115 pounds.
the most important thing is not to be skinny, but to be healthy. It's also been proven that starving yourself is not the best way to loose weight anyway. Eating small meals 4 or 5 times a day is better. (Not junk food of course) But at your age you don't need to worry about your weight anyway especially at 115 pounds. And I'll let you in on a little secret; when i was in the 8th grade and all through my life, i didn't like the bone skinny girls, i liked the ones that had curves.

Your weight isn't bad at all. It depends on your bone structure also. Different shapes, different sizes. Don't compare yourselves to other girls!
But it's very dangerous to not eat for 4 days in a row....You could be developing (or already) have an eating disorder. Is there someone you can talk to about this? An adult of some sort?
It's better to eat healthy and exercise than to starve yourself
I had a few extra pounds, and I started eating better (not snacking as much, eating more fruits and veggies) and exercising about 3 times a week for 30 minutes each time, and I look so much better than I did before! And it really wasn't that hard. I just made a few adjustments.
It also makes you feel better if you do this. Exercise releases endorphins, and endorphins give you a natural high, so to speak. I always feel better after exercising. And eating healthy foods makes me feel better as well! If you do this, you'll automatically feel better about yourself for even trying, and you'll be healthy. (although like I said, your weight is not bad at all)

There is no reason to not eat for four days. If you are concerned with your weight, then talk with your doctor about a diet plan. Not eating will only make your body hold on to fat in the future, because it will remember that you went without and will assume that you will need to have it later. The best thing to do is eat small portions of a well balanced diet and exercise at least 60 minutes per day (walking, riding a bike, playing tennis, swimming or just doing laps around your house)
Is 115lbs to heavy for a 13 yo? I can't say without knowing how tall or what size frame you have. You can check your BMI (Body Mass Index) by going to http://nhlbisupport.com/bmi/
Good Luck

You should eat everyday. Its not healthy when you are not eating for days at a time. You could end up in the hospital. Are you still drinking liquids ? This is very serious. Please eat something. Even if its just a lightly buttered bagel or toast. Anything is better than nothing . When I was pregnant I didn't have an appetite the whole 9 months. I had to force myself to eat something for my babies sake. Its difficult but you can do it . You are not fat at all. Did you know that alot of guys hate when girls are super tiny and almost anorexic looking ? You don't want to be that tiny. Its gross . Your fine. Just start eating a little here and there until you build yourself back up to eating full meals.

First of all, no matter how old u are, how big or small u r, it is not healthy to not eat for 4 days. 13 is a very difficult time already by being a newly teenager. It is about controlling what u eat, the portion size, and keeping yourself physically fit. Do alot of walking. Lots of water. Most importantly, it is not what others think of you that is important, it is what you think of yourself. Be a good person. What I have learned in life is that it is so much harder to be good than bad. But being good has all the rewards in the end, and you feel great doing good.

i know how you feel, i am going into middle school and a lot of people are skinner than me.The first thing you have to do is change your attitude. Instead of thinking, "I am the fatest," think, "there are just some people that are lighter." Also believe in yourself and ask your family for support. Then maybe you can talk to your mom, a doctor or your school counselor. It is not okay to feel so bad that you want to starve yourself! Besides, i know there are alot of 6th graders who are heavier than you. Just be confident and remember... weight isn't what really matters!
