I think my sister is a real artist but she doesn't like to draw, if she will practice everyday her drawings will be really cool, she only draws one portrait every year or every two years and I really wanna encourage her, do you have any idea how?

Maybe ask her to do some portraits of yourself or your friends every once and a while. You could also ask your sister to draw things that enjoys, she could even incorporate the drawings into other things. For example, if your sister liked sports, she could watch a sports game like soccer, and draw a picture of it at the same time.

Don't force her though. If she dosen't like it or it just isn't her thing than there's not much you can do about it.
