I am from Norway, so you have to excuse my english.
When a e-mail is comming in is it possible to make it looke like there is a big envolope flascing on my sckreen. If possible,how do i do it.

That depends on what email you have. If you have a POP email account, you just set it up in a client like Outlook Express and it will automatically tells you when a new email arrives. Hotmail and Gmail works with POP.
If you have Yahoo, then you can install the Yahoo Messenger and it will notify you when new emails arrive.

i think of there is a few form of subject at Yahoo. i've got seen a lot of questions resembling this one. i've got been having issues too. My mail icon is often there and continually says I unquestionably have 3 new emails even although i've got no new emails in any respect.

There are several that let you know that you have email.
one is Incredimail and the other is Mozilla Thunderbird .With these programs you can either use the preprogramed voices or record your own.
