check airline websites for last minute specials on wednesday Try luftansa of course, maybe US airways, delta, northwest.... Other than that try hotwire.com or priceline. I don't think you'll find one that's extremely cheap in the middle of the summer with the WC going on, but that will probably be the best you can do.

Pack yourself in a suitcase and get someone to check the bag for you. Don't forget to wear a coat, it gets pretty cold in the cargo area.
