Suggestion: Exercise. Two things to start with are weight lifting and walking. Start taking a good brisk walk every day and at least every other day. Every other day, do some good weight lifting. If you have a second chance type sporting goods store in your area, you can get your weights nice and cheap. Get yourself a bench you can lie back on and take some five lb weights to start and do "butterflys" On your back you hold the weights out side to side and bring them up over you while keeping your arms straight. Do several reps of this and then take a small break. Then do arm curls with ten pounders for a week or so until you can't lift them any more in each rep. When it gets easier to do more reps, go up by ten lbs and repeat the process. Best of luck.

Plyometrics is a great way for someone as young as you to exercise. It involves very little weight training and is great for someone still growing. If you check it out on the web make sure the site is up to date because the practice has been around for a while, but is always getting better.

You want to get a personal trainer. You need to have a cardio program written for you. They will go in no time. My mum has been in the industry for 27 years. I should know.

Talk to your doctor, you may have a hormone imbalance and that is treatable. Other than that just gradually lose weight by stopping drinking all beverages except diet lemonade and water.
