You can get some pictures of some of the rebuilt stuff like the Aquarium (which just reopened) and some of the reopened restaurants at:

Those are all post-hurricane pics. Most sites I've seen have older stuff, but a lot of the areas that are open now don't look that much different from before. The ones that got hit, really got hit.

This is a great sight for all things new orleans. Good Luck not much repairs have taken place.
It looks dumpy like before Katrina. Too bad no one seemed to notice or care prior to a disaster.
