I haven't been sick all winter/spring, and I'm starting to feel it in my throat. However, this is the worst week for me to be sick and my voice change. Is there some sort of preventative medicine?

Plenty of fluids, vitamin C or Echinacea, and Airborne are all great for the prevention of colds/flus. They all work for me.

I would recommend either Airborne or Emergen-C. They both have high amounts of Vitamin C which is supposed to help decrease the severity of an illness if taken at the first sign of symptoms. Both can be purchased at local grocery/pharmacy. Hope you feel better soon!

Take a B-50 vitamin and vitamin c every hour. Your body will send out any unused vitamin in your urine so you can't od, you wouldn't do this everyday, just until you feel better, which should be very soon!!

Try airborne, drink lots of water and eat chocolate, it helps with sore throats. Maybe suck on candy too.
