Harry Truman actually inherited war that had a VALID reason. And a war that was WON. It tore him up for the rest of his life. That took a lot of fortitude to drop two bombs like that. Now look at our war and our joke of a President. I hope he has half the empathy of Truman. Look at the civilian casualties in Iraq genius. and its only been 4 years. Good question though.

Al Gore who has tirelessly traveled the globe spreading information about Global warming.

So let me get this straight. We can blame Dem. presidents for the soldiers killed during war but not Rep. presidents? Double standard much? You gotta pick a policy and stand by it. Either the president is responsible for the deaths of our soldiers or he isn't. Which is it? Personally I feel that any president who doesn't take all avenues before he resorts to war is responsible and W. definately falls in that catagory.
