I believe there is life after death. I believe that the life after death is so magnificent that we cannot possibly imagine it. That said, I have had a couple of close calls, and I panicked about leaving my loved ones -- begged for just another year. I have never been able to reconcile my worldly loss with my immortal gains. I know in my heart it is worth the loss, but I cannot get past the loss.
Once upon a time, I read a convincing account that there is indeed life after death. There is indeed a heaven and a hell. Revelation has come and gone, and those of us here are in hell. It is just an idea. I don't really believe it, but the author presented a sound argument. Just something to chew on.
Bottom line: I believe it is selfish of me to the point of sin to beg not to die when I felt that I might be passing to the Other Side. In a perfect world, we would take our loved ones with us, and we would all "live" happily ever after. I think the Ancient Egyptians had the same idea. When a Pharoah passed, his family was buried alive with the body.

In the kingdom of heaven or hell. well, just heaven. Hell is pain and suffering. Heaven is full of a second life, with God. Pergetory is just in the middle praying and waiting to get to the gates of Heaven. But in heaven there's a second life but not a life of sin and learning, more of happiness and solitude with souls in Heaven. You are among them all and stay in that second life for enternity . You'll see people who you knew who died, I don't know if anyone speaks more of just souls.

This answer depends on a lot of religion, and also, it can't be answered. No one's come back to life recently, so we can't know anything that happens after death.

I personally belive no, we came up from dust as shall we will return to dust. Theres no point of passing on to another living form when we've already experienced it.

I believe that there is life after death and we were put on this earth to find out how we are to spend that afterlife based on our actions.
