probaly because you love him or he doosent ask for things like this alot or never, or you like to make him fell special or you like to boost his ego or his got you raped around his little finger lol

Sounds like someone has control issues. Find out why he thinks he can set rules outside your partnership or without your agreement.
Explore rationally why he would do this in the first place and why you would feel the need to comply if you don't want to.
Perhaps he's trying to test his limits with you. Be true to yourself and let him know exactly how you feel and what you want to do.
Marriage is a reciprocal relationship unless you agreed to be the subordinate partner.

I have seen those rules as i was forwarded them from a soccer obsessed teacher. from memory, Most of the rules are things that the husband would like anyway and sometimes takes pains to inforce.
