It really depends on what you want in a phone. If I was choosing from those phones for my own uses, I'd probably go with the LG M4410 because of the uniqueness and the mp3 player. I also like the way it looks - many of the others look blocky.
Samsung D307: isn't really a PDA phone, it just has a keyboard for text messaging. It has a unique design and if you do a lot of text messaging it would be a good option.
Motorola MPX220: This is a pretty old model, but if you're after a phone that uses Windows technology, it may be a good choice. I would recommend checking some of the newer models of smartphones if this is something you're after.
The Sony Ericsson Z500 and Z520 are pretty good phones - I haven't heard of a lot of defects or problems with either one of them.
