This language is Sanskrit.And that's not magalan.It is MANGALAM.It means MAY ALL BE PROSPEROUS.

This is Sanskrit, it means,
'Sarve'-everyone
'Bhavantu'-goes
'Manglam'-fine and good.............
So this is prayed to the GOD to bless everyone with health and prosperity, and it's wished everything goes fine!

'sarva bhavantu manglam' its a line of a shlok. its a sanskrit language. it means ki sabke saath mangala ho. that is to say sabke saath achcha ho/ shubh ho
