Here's a better question for you. Why does white people have different colored eyes than Asians, Blacks, or Mexicans?
You never seen a mexican with deep blue eyes or green eyes unless they marry a white guy. You always see asian and other race than white, have brown eyes or darker shades of brown.
And they have different hair colors than the rest of the other races, blond, brunnette, red etc. And yet some of white people are very racist, why?

Melanin pigment found in human skin, iris, hair comes in many shades:

yellow-gold-green-brown-dark brown-almost black is from weakest to strongest shades

Thus humans have HUGE variation in their skin shades, the eye colors and their hair colors (even without the use of artificial hair dyes, contact lenses or tanning tonics-tanning booths)

The darker races you mention USUALLY have the heaviest distribution of the darker shades of melanin than others, but once there is mixing of these gene pools with lighter skinned humans, all sorts of things can happen, including the various shades of green eyes and lighter skin. Some scientists believe that skin shade is transmitted by polygenetic genetics, so numerous genes are involved. Most texts still explain eye color as simple complete dominance genetics, but I believe we are not to the bottom of this issue yet and that it is much more complex than this...i.e. that there are more factors involved than one gene. The hair color thing is at the very LEAST dihybrid genetics, esp when you start adding the red to the melanin. Red pigment is different than the melanin and when mixed with all the different shades of melanin can give a whole slough of different color combinations in hair. It is possible to find many people of those darker melanin "races" to have lighter eyes, hair or skin, but it is just rarer due to the gene pools. As the percent of interracial mixing increases and the number of caucasians continues to decrease all over the planet, the percent of humans with the darker melanin will increase and the lighter blondes, blue-green eyes will decrease. It is happening fast as we look at the spots on the earth where the population is exploding the most.....all the darker pigmented humans

Racism in humans has been around since the dawn of time. All ethnic groups have their "time" on the earth when they are more or less accepted or more or less rejected and subjected to prejudice than during other eras. Law of Karma keeps dishing out the "same ole, same ole"......same with prejudice against a cultural group......cultures come to the TOP and cultures drop to the bottom....just like businesses......there is a nature cyle in life....all things will have their hayday and all things will have their time of demise. Look at history. Not much new really happens in history. Fashion and hairstyles may change, but the human games and stories don't really change much! Duality-polarities of life exist as a part of natural law and is how karma operates! You know...."the dark and light sides of the force." Ignorance breeds ignorance, hate breeds hate, love breeds love, tolerance breeds tolerance, compassion breeds compassion. You're either ready, willing or able to be tolerant or you aren't! Tough lessons for many on this planet still even though human history is filled with horrific records (potential lessons! You'd think we could learn and make some progress!) of the human atrocities lower consciousness humans inflict upon other humans. Some have to learn thru pain, though. Some can learn from watching the pain and suffering of others. Some love to inflict pain no matter what, are just more animal like in their "struggle for survival" in a "dog eat dog" world. It is amazing to me that even with all the genocide in human history on various sides of the earth that we humans would get a clue! "Father, forgiove them, for they know not what they do!"

it's all about genetics. If your mom has brown hair and your dad has brown hair, then you'll probobly have brown hair. Same with eyes although almost all children while under the age of 1 have blue eyes. There is this thing called a Punnent Square or a Punnent Chart. it's like a tic-tac-toe board (more like a for sqaure box) but your mom's genes are on the side and your dad's would be on the top. Resesive ( not sure if that's spelled right) genes are capitalized and the other types are lower cased. you can look up how to use them at www.athro.com/evo/gen/punexam.html because it takes to long to explain, but it's what sientists use. Enjoy!

This is all about adaptation to environment. Black people have darker skin and wider noses because of the sunlight and humid air in Africa. Scandinavians, for example, tend to have light hair, light skin, and long, narrow noses. Why? Because the cold, dry air up north must be humidified by the nasal passages before it enters the lungs. There is not as much sun there, of course, and dark skin pigmentation in such an area would lead to Vitamin D deficiency. Light skin in a hot, sunny place would, I guess, lead to various skin problems such as cancer. Hair color, I imagine, goes along with these other pigmentary adaptations.
And adaptation to environment is part of Darwin's theory: survival of the fittest (fittest meaning those which are best suited to the environment, not that they're somehow superior in any other way.)

I have brown hair and I have Blonde highlights. Possibly you should try lighter blonde, it might look better than brown, brownish just looks kind of trashy.

True. I have never seen anyone of mostly African decent with any other eye color other than Brown. And the other interesting thing is that its rare to see anyone on television with green or blue eyes anymore, its like a zombie virus that spreading, interesting dont you think...but the answer in 1 word to your nowadays taboo question is RACE.

Heterochromia is either caused by an eye injury like David Bowie or genetics like Kate Bosworths eyes. I have met anyone in real life with different colored eyes.
My boyfriend is half asian and has hazel eyes, and many years ago I saw a boy of black decent with blue eyes who wasn't an albino. Mexican? I think that there are mexicans of all races. Though most seem to be amerindian. My high school math teacher was mexican and had DEEP blue eyes & dark brown hair.
Some white people have dark brown eyes..Romanians for example can have dark skin & dark eyes and still be white. Ive met a few who've gotten upset at people who have thought they were mexican. My romanian friends mom has brown eyes & his dad has what he calls black eyes. He has very light blue eyes, so does his sister, but his brother has brown eyes like his parents.
Yeah, can't argue with hair color, but theres always hair dye. ;)
All races are racist, it's really sad. Especially when people hate their own race. People should just learn to love everyone & their true self.

Hi!

It is good question..and I'm sorry that I won't answer your question fully :-( (Maybe I will later if I have time..)

It is certainly true that there is more eye colour, hair colour variation within White Central and Northern European Peoples...

But there is Variation amongst other races too!

For example Do you remember that picture of the Afghan Girl with GREEN EYES..

And Aborigine people can have blond hair despite being very dark skinned.
