Why cant i get sound out of my media player ver.9. But my real player works fine?

Try leaving the Media Player v. 9 and try Downloading Version: 10.

It works fine with me...

You probably need the plug-in for the particular video format of the video you are trying to play to work correctly. You can download plug-ins from the windows media player site.
