They will give you some Novocaine to numb you for the procedure. It won't hurt. For a few days after it may be sore and you have to keep some antibiotic on the wound and keep it clean, It heals very fast. There is no harm to you or your body getting it at an older age.

Think about it. The most sensitive part on a mans body getting cut. Yes it would hurt.

I was circumcised when I was a baby. But if i was still uncircumsied as an adult, I'd still do it? I am not gay and don't like to look at penises, but I have seen a couple uncircumcised oned in an adult movie...It was gross!!! Plus you can get a lot of infections with all that extra skin on your willie.
