SNOWBALL
I made myself a snowball
as perfect as can be.
I thought i'd keep it as a pet
and let it sleep with me.
i made it some pajamas
and a pillow for its head.
then last night it ran away,
but first- it wet the bed.

Like every poem in his book, "The Light in the Attic", there's one about a clown that wasn't funny except when he cried or got angry but that was when he didn't mean to be angry... there's also a bunch of silly pictures and such, so my answer is... EVERY POEM in "The Light in the Attic".

"If you are a dreamer, come in. If you are a dreamer, a wisher, a liar, a hoper, a prayer, a magic-bean-buyer. If you're a pretender, come sit by my fire, for we have some flax-golden tales to spin. Come in! Come in!"
