Maybe they thought that their other songs are better than that one. If they had to bring out a collection of all their best songs, they would have never been able to fit it on one CD.

good point..it seems they considered the best of their music should be listened while swinging from 6' of rope. i liked that happy go lucky song. turned into radiohead didnt they.
