I assume from your title, that Little Einsteins is one of his favs. Check a local party supply store (we have one called Factory Card Outlet near us that is very good) and if not, check on eBay. You may be able to find authentic licensed stuff, or homeemade things that work well. We did a Nemo party once and got these cool invitation that were refrigerator magnets. They were not licensed but looked great.
If strike out totally on Little Einsteins, maybe try Thomas the Tank Engine, or any of the PIXAR movies for ideas for boys parties.

here's a link to some good ideas. i'm in the same situation... no licensed little einstein party-ware by disney for my son's birthday next month. Aren't they in business to sell parents as much stuff as possible to appease our children? on e-bay you can buy unlicensed party items. i'm getting an edible birthday cake image to put on a cake from a local grocery store chain. have fun!

if you are sticking wiht the little einstein theme then how about rockets, little sparkler things for the table, baloons for the chairs. or a pinata (i hear they are a big thing with the kids)
