I used to work at the Aladdin in Las Vegas. Consequently, I saw many shows for free. The last ones that I saw there were: Prince, Lynyrd Skynrd, and the "Three Mo Tenors" (now known as Cook, Dixon, & Young).

Also, I was able to get onto the VIP guest list for the tapings of "The View" at Caesar's Palace. I loved seeing the Pussycat Dolls perform two of their recent hits: "Don't Cha" and "Stickwitu." In either 2004 or 2005, I also was fortunate enough to see Gloria Estefan's stage show at Caesar's Coliseum, while her act replaced Celien Dion, who was on vacation. That was also a phenomenal show, both musically and visually, and it coincided with the release of her "Unwrapped" CD. I've also seen Celine's "Brand New Day" about four times, and have never been disappointed. Although it features Cirque de Soleil's amazing choreography and dance, the common thread throughout it all is Celine's glorious voice. I suppose that would qualify as a concert, as well!

With a father as a jazz musician, and diverse musical tastes, Las Vegas is a perfect city to live in because every entertainer performes here, for the most part.

Black Eyed Peas and Pussycat Dolls. PCD was SO MUCH better than BEP. BEP was horrible live. Ugh. PCD are known for their lounge act, I expected high things from them and I got what I wanted out of them. BEP however...*shudder* Fergie didn't even dance!

I also saw Susie at a live set at FYE a few weeks ago
