Some how it locked and now it says "please enter code" and i don't know the code. how do i find out the code to unlock it?

I HAD THE SAME SITUATION BEFORE, IT'S BECAUSE OF THE SIM CARD IS LOCKED, YOU NEED TO CHANGE A SIM CARD

Okay whoever said the sim card locked is WRONG verizon does NOT use sim cards. But a programmed chip inside of the cell phone (built in) that can be reporgrammed. So take the phone to your verizon store and they will fix the problem with no hasle and free.

If you have the user manual, you should be able to find the generic unlock code. If anyone has changed the unock code, you'll just need to try entering 4-digit numbers until you find the right one.

Call Verizon Wireless (800-922-0204) and explain the situation. They'll verify your account information and help you get out of this fix.

call them and they can give you a over ride code ive done this befor my self

call Verizon wireless....
or take it to a verizon wireless store they are the only ones that could possibly unlock it........
