I'm not even sure it's a word, but here are some thoughts.

Dopamine: a neuro-transmitter and epinephrine precursor

Morphine: pain-relieving alkaloid derived from opium

Caffeine: active substance in coffee

Dopamine and dopeffeine sound somewhat similar, you may be confusing those two words.

The word may be dopephine, a neologism denoting someone addicted to morphine.

In this latter vein, dopeffeine could denote some addicted to coffee.

Maybe you're thinking of dope fiend, someone addicted to drugs generally?
