I have been through that...and not that long ago!! I started wearing an actual 'A' cup when I was in 1st grade!! I was in a 38DD when I was in HS! I had the same back & neck problems that you have...and it was NO fun!!! I wanted to get a reduction when I was 17, but the doctors wouldn't do it until I turned 18! A week after I turned 18 I called and the doctors scheduled my surgery!! I had my breast reduction 5 months & 3 days after my 18th b-day!! It is SOOOO much better!! I haven't had any children yet, but I'm sure that it can't get much worse that what it was when I was in HS!! I'm only 20 now and can tell you that my life is SOOOOO much better since my surgery...my clothes fit better, I have a better self-esteem, and I don't have as many aches/pains as I used to have!! So I would really recommend that you get it done as soon as possible!! My doctor (the one that did the surgery) said the pain would just keep getting worse if I didn't go ahead and have the surgery!! If you want to talk more about this just send me a message through my avatar/name & I will talke more with you about it!! good luck...

And also...my doctor said I would still be able to breast feed even though I had surgery!! So if you want to breast feed then it will still be okay!!

Well back in 2003 I had a breast reduction. I went from a 40DDD
to a C-cup. I just had a baby in March of this year. Yes I gained weight and my breast got bigger, but there is no more pain the way there was before my reduction. I am now in a 38D, and currently still losing some of the weight. If you do in fact have a reduction you will notice the change immediately not just the physical appearance but with the back and neck pain, unless you have some other underlying medical condition. Even so that weight gone will give you so much relief. Plus by you being small in stature and frame you will go to a smaller cup size.

I went up a cup size when I got pregnant, but now I'm only a C cup.. I doubt yours will get much bigger because there's already enough room for milk supply and stuff. But a friend of mine had a breast reduction and she says it's the best thing that she's ever done, and she don't have any more back problems.. Call a Dr. or even your plastic surgeon should know if they would still change drastically during pregnancy.. Good luck!!

I am getting a breast reduction in a few weeks after years of back and neck pain. I am a double D cup and went up a cup size during my pregnancy. One thing to keep in mind, there is a very good chance you will not be able to breast feed after the surgery as the milk ducts will be removed or cut. I would wait until you have children and they are 4-5 years old since you will not be able to lift them for some weeks after the operation.

Well your breast WILL get bigger when you get pregnant. How much bigger is relative. I went from a full C to a full D. Someone I know went from a not so full B to a full B, so the amount you will grow is never known prior to becoming pregnant. Most people's breast return to their prepregnancy size after the milk dries up although not always. Some people have the surgery before becoming pregnant and while their breast may get larger during pregnancy it shouldn't grow that many sizes. Consult your physician and let him/her know that you intend to get pregnant and what he/she recommends. Good luck :-)

HOLY CRAP! LOL a cousin of mine's breast got as big as 38EEE when she was pregnant with her son! if you ever consider breast reduction, I'll gladly take some of it,(j/k) im always telling my friends i'll take some of their boobs if they are complaining about how HUGE they are! anyways, Im 25 yrs old and have a 2 yr old daughter, b4 i even became pregnant with her, my breast were small and even now they still are, im a 38B (well i wear a 38B bra, but i think i am actually a 38A) i have some but not enough for me to feel more confident in myself! I wish i had money for breast implants, but at the same time, i dont' want my boobs to look fake! but then again i'll gladly take some of yours! LOL

If you do not get the breast reduction, your back pain will increase, and once you become preggers, they will get larger. If you decide to breast feed, after you are done, they will droop waaaaaaaaaaaaaay down and not be so attractive.
If you do decide to go with the reduction surgery, please make sure your research a qualifies plastic surgeon. Most insurances with cover a reduction.

Get your breast reduction surgery in India.Cosmetic Surgery (including facelift/ breast enhancement/reduction/ tummy tuck./lipo) is very cheap in India. There is one company that is very famous in India that arranges cosmetic surgery for foreigners in India. They are called the Forerunners Healthcare.I read a lot about them in the Newspapers and about their patient stories.I have also read that they arrange financing for international patients as cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance in USA or by the stinking NHS in UK

They also have photos pasted of their International patients. You can checkout their website. The cost savings are incredible. As a doctor i personally believe that your surgery can be easily handled in India as the quality of healthcare available here is simply best in the world. The surgeons are USA/UK trained and facilities are 5 star .

My cousin got her cosmetic surgery for breast reduction and she is more than very happy with the results.SHe is all praise for this forerunners healthcare companyfor the services they provided her.She paid just 30% of the cost what she was quoted in USA and it was like a wonderful vacation for her.Excellent stay, food, best surgeons-she just couldnt stop talking.hope this helps.

Some women don't get too much bigger but they do swell up with milk. If you don't breast feed (which I don't recommend- always breast feed) then the milk will dry up and boobs SHOULD go down.

DONT DO IT!!!
It causes ugly scars and if your planning on having kids, they will only grow again...

I'm 5'2, 142lbs with a 40F (all natural) I talked to my doctor about it and after having three consultations with specialist, we have decided on me going to physical therapy.

The back pain is coming from your posture...Walk up straight (even though it 's hard and it makes you boobs stick out MORE)
Sit straight up in a chair and for ME, my problem was resting my boobs on the table when I sat down. Get a back brace and SIT UP GIRL...you'll feel much better! Sleep in sports bra's as much as possible.
