Hi
I have tried different brands, and the best thing that I found that works quickly is Vaseline... The others work but in opinion not as fast as Vaseline..

A&D ointment, the brown label not the blue. My son had extremely sensitive skin when he was born and i found he was allergic tohuggies wipes, they gave him a bad rash, so i put desitin on it and it started bleeding eventually. the pediatrician said to use A&D and wet paper towels to clean him with. in 2 diaper changes there was no more bleeding. she said desitin is too thick and keeps the pee and poop on their skin when it soaks through the cream and it's harder to get off than A&D

Let me tell you trick to heal a rash fast..go get Alvenno Oatmeal Bath and give the baby a bath in it...let the baby sit it in the bath for a bit...then put Johnson and Johnsons medicated powder on the rash...and if you put on a diaper that is one size bigger than the baby wears it will let air get through and it will heal faster. Trust me it works fast!

I use butt paste too. It is amazing! Every time you change a diaper let your child go naked for 15-30 minutes and then put the cream and diaper on and it will be gone in no time!

Fresh air when possible (let your baby sleep naked on a waterproof pad) and cloth diapers paired with occasional balmex will help.

Avoid disposable diapers unless you have to leave the house. Cloth diaper service is healthier and cheaper anyway.

Beardoux's Butt Paste is the best thing I found, with Desitin coming in second. I hate Balmex, Johnsons and A&D Cream. My sister swears by Aquaphor, though I have never used it.

You're gonna think that I really feel off my rocker, but I swear by it and my pediatrician says that it's fine to use.

Lotrimin...the anti-fungal stuff for your feet. It's found in the footcare aisle at Wal-Mart, Target, etc. My sister-in-law recommended it to me, and it works wonders....cleared that rash right up. I think, too, it must have a cooling effect upon application as my little one stopped squirming as soon as I applied some to her sore little bottom.

Hope that I have helped.

Definitely Butt Paste. They even have a website you can order from. Walmart and Target sell them. I've tried everything from Arbonne's to the basic Desitin. Butt Paste works the best!!!

Desitin, it smells yummy too, my baby has bad yeast infection rashes and it works because its thicker and stays on longer. I got mine at walmart for about 10 bucks
