I always wore a soft sleep bra at night and I started wearing nursing bras early on in all my pregnancies as my breast started getting larger. I found the ones that you get at Sears and Motherhood maternity to be the most supportive - under-wire is key if you have a large chest. As for panties I started off in the cute ones that cut under your belly but then when i discovered the "granny panties" that came all the way up over your belly to be heaven sent - they were beyond comfortable. When you have all that other stuff going on your do not need your underwear cutting across you belly or going up your behind :)! Hanes makes really nice maternity panties and so does Motherhood Maternity. Congrats.

During my pregnancy I found that wearing one size larger in lasenza panties worked for me, and sports bras were wonderful until I was about 36 weeks pregnant, then I just bought nursing bras one cup size larger than my prepregnancy size and with a w ider band

I have used cotton granny panties for a few months now (i'm currently 33 wks along) Maternity bras are great... they're meant to be big & comfy & make the growing room easier to deal with.

I used maternity underwear during and a few weeks after my pregnancy. Comfort is key especially during the summer. Natural fabrics are best.
