I know that "Inland Empire" is a general term, but is there a city in CA named Inland Empire?

No, there is not. Inland Empire refers to an area only. For example, the San Fernando Valley is not a city, it is an area.

I live in the Inland Empire all my life; just the term of living their the greater I.E.
